1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AgriDoot mobile app and website, operated by NovosEdge Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Services Provided

AgriDoot offers:

AI-based crop advisory & diagnostics
Weather forecasts
Satellite based insights
Market pricing data
Voice/chat Gyan – AI based agricultural assistance
Community & expert consultation features

Some services may require a paid subscription.

3. User Eligibility

You must be:

At least 18 years of age
OR 13+ with verifiable parental/guardian consent (per COPPA, GDPR, IT Rules)

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and updated information
Use AgriDoot lawfully and ethically
Not upload harmful, misleading, or unauthorized content
Not hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate our systems, AI, or services

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, source code, analytics models, training data, and design elements are owned by NovosEdge Pvt. Ltd. and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you submit (e.g., images), but grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to use it for providing services and improving our AI.

6. AI & Model Training Consent

We may use anonymized, non-personally identifiable data (e.g., images, patterns, questions) to:

Train and improve AgriDoot’s AI and recommendations
Monitor user trends and enhance features

7. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require payment or subscription.
Auto-renewal is used for convenience — you will be notified clearly before purchase.
You can cancel subscriptions anytime before the renewal date.

You violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
Required by law or regulatory bodies

9. Liability & Disclaimer

AgriDoot provides informational advisory based on AI and user-submitted inputs. Final decisions (e.g., crop treatment) should be made in consultation with a qualified agronomist.

We are not liable for any losses incurred due to reliance on app-generated advice.

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

All disputes will be:

Resolved under the laws of India
Subject to the jurisdiction of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Users from other countries waive any conflict of law provisions.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
