1. Paid Features

Most features are free. Paid features may include:

  • Premium Vyom services
  • AI-based diagnostics
  • Agronomist consultations
  • Other subscription services

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted if:
  • You were charged in error
  • A paid service failed to deliver as promised
  • You cancel before service delivery in case of advance bookings
Note: We reserve the right to verify usage before approving refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refund will be issued if:

  • The service was accessed or used
  • The subscription auto-renewed without prior cancellation
  • The service was part of a free trial or beta program

💡Auto-renewals: We comply with U.S. FTC rules and require your consent before starting auto-renewal. You can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@agridoot.co.in within 7 days of your transaction. Include:

  • Payment ID / receipt
  • A short description of the issue

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Digital Goods Clause

Due to the nature of digital goods, once a service is used or delivered, it is considered non-refundable, unless it fails to function as described
